Digital Formats Accepted (and preferred): PDF, JPG, TIF, EPS with embedded fonts, Illustrator, Photoshop. (Please provide all supporting graphic files and fonts.)
Minimum Image Resolution: 300 dpi (600 dpi preferred)
Color Profiles: CMYK

Camera-ready artwork
(Provided in hard-copy. Please follow closing date deadlines listed below.)
Artwork and graphic materials should be a very high black-and-white (B&W) contrast ready to be photographed on a process camera or captured digitally.
What is not camera-ready artwork
Photocopies of any type, FAX documents, Business cards or other printed pieces, Laser-printed copy less than 1000 DPI, Components which need resizing to fit properly, Artwork with pasted and lumpy or taped components, Artwork with smudges or marks with pen or pencil, Continuous tone images; i.e., B&W and color photographs,

Closing Dates
Artwork MUST BE delivered 3 weeks before the concert. Tight printing times do not allow for flexibility. Deadlines for this season are as follow:
